Step 3. Get as many signatures as possible on the petition and deliver it to management.

Step 4. If they don’t respond, escalate.
Can you get everyone to leave negative reviews online on the same day?
Can you start talking to prospective tenants and sharing the issues with them?
Can you get everyone to put a sign on their door complaining about the high charges?

Step 5. STRIKE AND PUBLICIZE!
